Hermitage Dental has been providing quality dental treatments and servicing the oral needs of the local Port Macquarie and surrounding areas since 1984.
In 2012, we expanded our dental practice with the opening of Hermitage Dental West Kempsey to become more accessible for our patients in Kempsey and surrounding areas.
Our experienced dental team and administrative staff work hard to ensure every patient has a positive dental experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We pride ourselves in providing a calm, friendly and comforting practice atmosphere. We also cater for eligible child dental benefit system (CDBS), veteran affairs, and emergency appointments.
Wide Range of Services
Our friendly Hermitage Dental team offer a range of dental treatments and services including: routine dental check ups and hygiene, restorative dentistry, children’s dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, crown or bridge work, dental implants, root canal therapy, wisdom teeth removal and more.
We can also offer fitting services for mouthguards, TMJ appliances and Sleep Apnoea devices.
We Care About the Planet
At Hermitage Dental, we offer the Biobrush from Caredent, a toothbrush with 100% biodegradable BPA-free handle made from corn starch and ‘floss in a box’ floss supplied in a cardboard casing instead of plastic.
We are also a collection point for the Terracycle and Colgate oral care recycling program. Rather than ending up as landfill, used oral care product packaging is melted down and made into new recycled products. Feel free to drop your old toothbrushes and electric toothbrush heads, along with emptied toothpaste tubes and floss containers for melting down. Every little bit can make a difference when it comes to the environment.

PORT MACQUARIE PRACTICE
Hermitage Dental Port Macquarie is located at the Hermitage Medical Centre. The practice is easily accessible by public transport and a carpark is available for your convenience.
KEMPSEY PRACTICE
Hermitage Dental Kempsey has both a carpark and street parking available.
Both practices are wheelchair friendly.
